Why Choose Holmes Institute Dublin?
1. Three Intakes a Year, No Long Waits
Most Irish universities run one September intake. HID opens in February, June and September for both the BA and MSc. If your visa takes longer than expected or your plans shift, there is another window within a few months rather than a whole year away.
2. Irish Degrees on the National Qualifications Framework
The BA (Hons) in Business is a full NFQ Level 8 award and the MSc Strategic Information Systems is NFQ Level 9. These are QQI validated qualifications that sit alongside degrees from Ireland's public universities on the same national framework. HID also holds the TrustEd Ireland quality mark, awarded to just 28 institutions in 2026.
3. A Campus Address That Actually Opens Doors
Merrion Square is in the centre of Dublin 2. Google, Meta and TikTok European headquarters are within 20 minutes on foot. Being inside Dublin's tech and business ecosystem while you study is a genuine advantage over suburban campuses you commute in from.
4. Technology Is the Core, Not an Add-On
The BA covers Enterprise Systems, Business Intelligence and Data Analytics, Cybersecurity and AI across three years. The MSc centres on Digital Transformation, Business Analysis and Data Analytics. Both are built around the skills Irish employers in tech and finance are actively hiring for.
5. English Support Without Changing Location
OHC English runs inside the same HID building. If your IELTS, PTE or TOEFL score needs to improve before you can enter the degree, you prepare on-site and transition directly into your programme without relocating.
